1. Dogs can only be accepted on condition they have been fully inoculated within the last twelve months prior to being boarded (CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED EVERY TIME DOG IS BOARDED). ALL dogs must also be treated for the Kennel Cough.

2. Entry to the Kennels will be refused to boarders if the current required inoculation certificates cannot be produced at the time of boarding.

3. Whilst every care and attention is given to each animal boarded at the kennels we cannot be held responsible for loss of life or illness from whatever cause.

4. In the unlikely event that your animal is not be collected within 7 days of the date of departure and not having any contact from you or your named contact, we shall be at liberty to re-home as we see fit.

5. All animals must be fit, and in sound condition when entering our kennels. We reserve the right to refuse any animal in poor condition. In the event that you animal should fall ill during boarding we reserve the right to call in a veterinary surgeon.

7. All call out charges and other transport costs will be borne by the owner.

8. It is your responsibility to furnish all relevant medical history as you make a booking. (Remind us every time).

9. Please regularly use worming tablets and flea preparations, as a charge will be made for providing this service.
(Prevention is better than cure).

10. All additional charges incurred during boarding are to be paid before removal by the owner of the animal.

11. If the animal is collected before the stated departure date there is no refund.

12. We reserve the right to refuse entry to boarders at our discretion.

13. It is stressed that all dogs must be on a lead at all times when owners bring them, as we accept no responsibility for loss or injury.

14. Note we accept no responsibility for loss or damage to customer's belongings. I.E. any type of bedding, toys, leads etc.

15. PLEASE NOTE: Dogs showing signs of kennel cough or any other contagious disease will be turned away.

16. No animals will be accepted into the kennel without contact name and telephone number. Contacts may be asked to remove difficult or dangerous dogs from the kennels.

17. Owners are liable for any damage inflicted upon staff and or property by the animal.
